Fantastic speedy service. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and took great care to make sure that the job was done correctly. He treated me like family and treated my phone like it was his own. I felt safe with the extensive social distancing mesures that he is following. I highly recommend using PrimeTech Wireless. Do not support this business. Dude literally robbed me because he charged me for phones he did not fix and changed my passcodes on my phone's. Pretty sure he went through my personal information as well. Very not pleased that he would not refund. The no refund warrants this write up
My old iPhone 6 gave up recently and my cell phone provider was not much help in finding a new replacement. I thought I'd try Primetech as I had been there before and had a positive experience. Ray explained my old phone would be 150 to repair but likely wouldn't be worth it because of its age. He then showed me an iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 which were respectably priced at 400 and 450. This prices were right on the money for pre-owned options at big box stores like Staples and Best Buy. I checked out the phone and it looked essentially NEW. I purchased it and took it home only to realize the camera and flashlight weren't working. Obviously, I was upset. I called Ray and he said he had another iPhone 8 that came in the same shipment...he charged it up, tested the camera and I was good to go. The matter was resolved in less than a half an hour. He was apologetic but explained mistakes do happen, which I completely understand. The phone ended up coming with a 60-day warranty but I have faith I'll have this for the next few years if I treat it right...it looks and performs like brand new. I have a strong feeling a lot of these negative reviews are the result of miscommunications or people wanting things fixed that CAN'T be fixed. Overall a great experience and a highly recommend utilizing the excellent services this business offers.
Just moments ago as I write this review, I received my son’s iPhone 11 fully repaired. What makes this review so unique is that I’m writing it at 9:50 pm because Ray...I will call him Super Ray, delivered the phone to my house! at 9:30 pm! A week earlier I indicated to Ray that my son was heading off to university and it would be great if he could get his phone repaired by then. He told me he would do his best. Although keeping in communication with him over the week, I called him the day before leaving for university and he said he was currently working on it as he just received the needed parts the day before. He also said that it would be ready closer to the end of the day. After receiving an update within 15 min of his closing time, he promised to get it fixed and would stay late to make it happen. He stayed late. He made it happen. Although he could have chosen to go home to his family, he is an extraordinary example of going well above and beyond the expectations of customer service.
