No wonder Uber runs the taxi world. We tired to pay for this cab and they don’t accept a debit card? Unfortunately we didn’t have cash either but thankfully we had a company credit card to pay. He had to run it through the old impression machine from 30 years ago. Wow. These ancient times and nonsense will make me never call a can again!7
I called a cab 50 minutes later still nothing so i call and she just hangs up... called another company they were their in 15 minutes and were very polite
Horrible, just horrible!! I call at 11am and get told 10 min wait, it is now 1127am and no McKab. Well that was the last straw and i will no longer use this unreliable service in this town. Very disappointed in the professionalism on their part and as well their lies. Maybe if you did a proper service we would tip better.
I love all the drivers especially Rick and Ryan. I do miss Jennifer. Your company has very comfortable cars and i always feel safe!
