Kyle and his team completed our second story addition and main floor renovation last summer. Kaven Construction was extremely reliable and professional, working with us every step of the way. They maintained a clean work site, checked in with us every day and ensured we were happy with their progress. They did not hesitate to make changes or modifications to the design when needed. I like that Kyle values the importance of local small businesses in our community, and that he often used local businesses and professionals to help with the project. I had a garage built by Kaven Construction in late 2019. The work was completed in January 2020. I was impressed by Kyle and his team. They personified professionalism. They were on time, respectful of me and my property and their work ethic was of the highest standards. Kyle made sure to make the rounds as the project proceeded to ensure everything was running smoothly and on time. Kaven Construction is also a local business and that is good for the community because his suppliers are local as well which keeps the money in the community. We just had our basement finished by Kaven Construction & Renovations Inc and we are beyond happy with the outcome! Kyle was amazing...he had some great ideas, was so kind...I think he always has a smile on his face...he made sure that everything his guys did that they did to perfection. His crew was just as amazing...great workmanship, always on time, worked in a timely manner, and left the house clean everyday.
