We had a pipe that was leaking in our furnace room that needed to be looked at. I called AGE and they said they would be here on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. Normally when I hear someone quote a time, I assume it means sometime between 9:00 a.m. and noon. I was pleasantly surprised when Darick and Christen arrived at almost exactly 9:00 a.m. They were able to assess the problem and repair it in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I would be more than happy to use and recommend them in the future.

Called and asked about two outdoor taps that were leaking following winter. Was told 150 per tap. Guys came fixed both then handed me a bill for 429. There was a 30 service fee that was never mentioned and 50 for parts. Which I went hardware store to check prices and could have gotten for under 20. Quote on phone did not disclose any of this. Finding out that the cost was significantly higher after the job was done is totally unacceptable. To top it off I told them I was as going in the shower while they were working on it and they said fine. 15 minutes later they came upstairs to the master bedroom and to the en-suite bathroom banging on the door saying the had to turn the water off. Wandering through my upstairs bedrooms was totally unacceptable. They could have waited 5 minutes and I would have been done. When I questioned the bill they just shook there heads and said that’s what it is. Will never call them again.
If you've read anything negative its definitely NOT true. Remember sometimes people write horrible things because they just aren't happy with their own personal lives and usually their perceptions stem from negativity. From my personal experience, I can honestly tell you that this is an awesome company!! The owner and his crew are genuinely honest people!! They are not in it for the money!! They're in it to make it right!! They deliver the best possible plumbing experience and at an affordable price!! I honestly can't believe that people would write anything contrary!! I guess it just goes to show you that there are all kinds!! Sooo.. take away from this review .. IF you're in the market for an honest, efficient plumbing experience, call Age Mechanical Plumbing!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

I apologize for part of my previous review. They did not go upstairs to knock on bathroom door. Turns out it was my son who immediately went back to bed and only told me today. Rest of review stands.
