Most likely you'll be surprise to see damages on your vehicle after valley service brings your vehicle back from service. Then you'll get additional surprise by management who basically will call you a lier and take no responsibilities for the damage. Dear management this comment is a heads up for people, so don't bother to reply it, as I already give up on your professionalism and moved on to other location.

Save yourself from this unprofessional location. My suggestion is literally any other location but not this one. You'll be treated with smirk and sarcasm right after you made the paymemt and got your vehicle. It's like they're done with you. More specifically Leo, Rovena, and the unreachable Rick. Also good luck getting service apointment for your premium vehicle
