I used these guys for 3 years without issue. However, they completely burnt me this year when they refused to honour a quote. I gave them correct dimensions and weights on a large shipment, but their driver showed up and said he didn’t have room. Then Genesis said they could get a new truck in for about twice as much money as was quoted. At that point, I had already used their pricing to quote my customer. I can't recommend a business that treats long term customers this way.
