Spencer was unlike any other car dealer I've ever had. He even went as far as telling what other cars in similar range might offer or that are different vs the Genesis. He sounded like he actually knew cars and wasn't just parroting car details. He was very helpful the entire way through the buying process and am now an owner of a 2021 G70 Elite, I can't imagine getting a different car.

Admittedly, I deal with this team in context of the Hyundai brand, not Genesis. I might be wrong, but it appears the service lobby and it's staff are shared with the rest of the building, which makes me feel I'm eligible to provide feedback. I may be wrong and am willing to be corrected. This dealership doesn't seem to understand true customer service, nor aspire to exceeding those basic expectations. They go just far enough to say they did the job asked of them. They don't take proactive steps to win over their customers and make them feel appreciated. For example, with each visit, they WILL wash my car, but ONLY when asked to. I have to work extra hard to prove to them of issues I've observed. Why is that? From experience, other brands and locations do live up to a higher standard, and I'd encourage you to find them, especially in these covid times. I want to be sensitive and compassionate, but this has been my experience for 5 years, and so I'm confident it's not just a challenge for staff during COVID - they've never been informed that in commodity industries, customer service prevails. They have kept my vehicle in good running order for my ownership this far, but in terms of recommending them, I can only offer 3 stars as they assuredly could do more.

My buddy just got bully at the dealership, car has software issue, gave him a loaner, then returned hs car with hail damage. The sales and service both said it’s my buddy’s fault when the dealership had the car when damage happened. I will take him back to dealership next Friday, if they still bully him, next will be Hyundai Canada, and I will have my lawyer look after this. This one star will stay forever until this is not resolved or contact by any management.

Love my G80 and the advice and service offered. In particular Spencer was very helpful and professional.
We experienced outstanding customer service by Spencer Callaghan at Coventry Hills Hyundai. We dealt with numerous customer care personnel at different dealerships but without any doubt Spence showed total professionalism and customer care. We got a good value for our trade in and bought 2015 Hyundai Sonata at reasonable price. It was a straightforward transparent deal and we never felt ignored at any point. We are very satisfied with the deal and enjoying our vehicle. We would recommend Spencer to everyone and hope that other dealerships would build their business backed by Professionals like Spencer Callaghan.
