Terry was very responsive in dealing with my order all the way through and provided excellent service in delivering the vehicle and answering my questions, as well as providing follow up. I am very happy with the vehicle, and the level of service Terry provided. Highly recommended.

Great Experience and Amazing Car!!! Loved the whole customer experience working with Terry to get into my new car - as a previous BMW owner the whole vibe felt a lot more casual and less like a 'factory dealership'. Terry was helpful throughout the sales process and even after. I only give 4 stars because Genesis in general could improve on 2 fronts. 1. making their dealership a little more warm and amenity filled - if this is a \luxury brand\ some work needs to be done. 2. streamlining paperwork. After you essentially \buy your car online\ there is a lot of back and forth via email, text etc. A checklist app to upload items or even a google drive would be a lot more effective for those of us who are busy.

If you ever get a chance to meet Terry Bu at Genesis Downtown in Toronto, I think you'll have a very good experience. Terry was very knowledgeable about not only the Genesis, but other brands as well. I never felt as though that I was being pushed or pressured to make a purchase. My interaction with Terry was very personable. My test drive with Terry felt like having a friend who just bought a new car who wanted to show you all the features of the car. It felt very relaxed and comfortable--very different from my experience at other dealerships. Overall it was a great experience!
Only reason I bought a Genesis over anything else is because of my GXM Terry Bu. Exceptional service from start to finish, will definitely be sending him as much business as I possibly can. Very valuable asset to the team, thanks again Terry!
