Horrible Company, and not even talking about how they treat their employees (recent news) but we were customers who were sold an illegal car and now they wont refund us our money, we have had the car 2 months. RUN...BEWARE!!!! GM used to be a good company, now they have to scam working people out of their money...SHAME....buy a foreign car.

Thank you so much GM and GM Financial for the great job you do for your clients and potential clients. It took you guys almost a week to approved a lease transfer. Starting with the first approval person till madame Veronique... nothing for almost a week!!! A week!! My client had time to find another car , BMW, get approved and canceled in my face bc you guys took forever to say yes to someone willing to take over my lease. Now i have to find someone else give cash incentive bc im stuck paying 2 cars!! As an ex employee only now i understand my clients frustration against you and this company!! Keep it up! Make GM great again!!!!!

GM Canada worst customer service ever. We've been waiting for a refund since february, we wasted our times on calls and emails with no clear response. First they told us that the cheque has been sent and it needs around two weeks, then after a month they said apparently something is wrong and they said that they will send another cheque we need to wait another 2 weeks. After calling several times we decided to send a complaint last week so we sent an email saying that we didn't receive anything yet. I got a call to day from them saying that they don't owe us anything because our dealer was late to sent them about the refund, and the lady calling me kept repeating \you're not understanding let me explain to you\ as if i am an idiot. I was telling her stop wasting my time and figure out what's happening with your employees that said to me that the cheque was sent (2 different cheques) and between gm and the dealership and all i want is for them to stop wasting our time and give us our money back. No she didn't answer why her employees said that the cheque was sent and now they don't owe me anything, she kept saying that I am not understanding and implying that i am an idiot. no respect, not professional, lies ......
