My mom had a new set of dentures made at Gem Dentures and she was very impressed with Mary and Jean. She felt welcomed and she trusted Mary to make sure that her dentures fit comfortably. My mom talked about them kindly and was so pleased with the results. The cost was very reasonable compared to other places that she tried out. My mother needed replacement dentures after many years and she asked me to help her find someone whom could help. My dentist referred me to Gem, and after reading several Google reviews of Gem, we decided to visit. Jeanne was delightfully efficient in scheduling our appointments around my busy schedule. Mary is clearly knowledgeable and most importantly, made my Mom feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My Mom is happy with her new set of dentures and they look good! Thank you, Mary and Jeanne, for making the process smooth and ensuring that everyone followed COVID safe practices throughout. Highly recommended.
Dr. Mary is not only highly dedicated and professional, but also has a very welcoming personality. Her team is also amiable and highly skilled. I was totally satisfied with my visit there and I would recommend her for my family and friends.
My experience is related to snoring. Visited the clinic two times so far. Both visits were on time as per the appointment. First visit was free consultation in which, full details were provided to me and accordingly i agreed on the solution. Clean and quite clinic.
Due to a recent unfortunate accident I have had to have my first denture. Being my first I had no prior knowledge of what would be involved. I was VERY impressed and pleasantly surprised! Mary is highly professional and exceedingly skilled. She went out of her way to ensure the quality of the denture and to ensure a perfect fit.. Mary Shinouda and and her staff are excellent and I would highly recommend Gem Dentures to anyone.
