I really enjoyed my interactions with Gem By Carati. I normally feel anxious about going to any sort of retail store that sells expensive goods as I feel they'll either be too snobby to give me any notice or they'll pressure me into making a big purchase, but I received none of that from Justin and his staff. They were extremely helpful, patient, and there was no sales pressure at all. It took a few visits before I actually left with anything and when I finally did, even the whole presentation of the sales item made me feel good and that was just a simple watch!

This review is long due. A couple years ago, I was looking for an an engagement ring but know next to nothing about them. Service was incredible as Justin me showed what my options are based on my budget and explained in a concise way what I should be paying attention to as I shop around at different places. Ended up buying the ring at Gem By Carati and a couple months later, the wedding bands as well. Highly recommended.
