It never stops to amaze me how they don't care about time scheduled appointment's. As for their service don't hold your breath! It ain't happening without stress and their installation, or repairs really suck! Sorry, just stating the truth. Not recommended! FAIL!!!! Bought a tv in mid December, brought it home, set it up and there was a green line down the side of the screen. Contacted Best Buy to have it replaced to which they stated that Geek Squad would contact me "within a few days to set up a delivery time" it's now almost the end of January and I am still waiting on that call. After about 2 weeks my wife and I have been calling them every few days and nobody ever answers the phone! If I dont get a delivery date and my new tv soon I am thinking about cutting my "Geek Squad Membership" and returning the tv all together to make a purchase through someone that deserves it. Best Buy and Geek Squad display to me that they do not care about their customers! Membership in my opinion is a waste of money....buyer beware!!
