I feel that people working at GCOM are honest and professional. They diagnosed my laptop within 2 hours. Gave me an estimate for replacing hard drive, next morning I picked up my repaired laptop. The cost for repair seemed to be high for me, but that aspect is subjective I think. Nevertheless computer now works like new .

Jerry & Sebastian upgraded the storage on my daughters MacBook Pro 13” from a 256GB SSD to a 2 TB SSD... The part came in very quickly and they completed the upgrade & cloning her existing data in a matter of hours... excellent job, VERY reasonable/competitive prices and fabulous service. So good in fact that my son-in-law is taking his laptop in for an upgrade as well. I would recommend their services to anyone and plan on taking all my computer needs to them going forward.
