Very difficult to get through to make an appointment. Waited 15 minutes on hold, then was told I needed an initial \consultation\ even though I am already a regular client. In the course of that call, the line went dead. The person I had been speaking with never called me back despite having my name and dob (and presumably my file and phone number). This clinic does not seem to need or want business, so it is difficult to recommend it.

They won't tell you the prices until you leave, at which point they will surprise you with a ridiculous amount. And the worst part of all: the consultation fee. They say it's free, but it's really not. Their ''consultation'' is really a doctor seeing you 5 min to tell one of their employees what needs to be done. The only good thing is that you don't have to pay for the parking! Overall definitely not worth the cost, and I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

He doesn't take the time needed with you! He took my money lots of it. Never followed up. He does none of the work it's all his little workers who don't explain things much more. He damaged my skin for life because he didn't pay attention the proper care ans treatment needed. He's very unprofessional

Honestly felt like the doctor only wanted only money; he had a cold and non-caring attitude towards me. Staff are nice tho. I wouldn't recommend anyone to him, at the price you're paying, you should be getting much better service. I was told several procedures would be done for my treatment; however, some of them were never delivered. This guy charged me 90 bucks for an after-treatment check up; which I was told was free. The receptionist told me it was up to the doctor to charge the 90 bucks. So the check-up was never really free then. Umm

Excellent le dr charbonneau m'a enlevé une cicatrice au visage avec le laser et je ne peux vous dire l'endroit ...cicatrice faite avec une pince a cils. Excellent médecin et très dévoué pour sa clientèle. Allez y vous serez entre bonnes mains. Je n'habite plus la région de Gatineau mais je pense que je me pourrais me louer une chambre d'hôtel et faire le voyagemenent 4hres pour me faire opérer au visage si c'était à refaire. Et ainsi profiter des compétences du Dr.Charbonneau.
