They are amazing. Been there about 4 times do to my daughter hitting her teeth. They are so patient and take the time to explain everything to my 4 year old. Today was great my daughter was scared the first few times but now is getting use to it. The hygienist that she had today was amazing. She took the time to answer my daughters 100 question. What's that? Why? Over and over again. She explained each tool and let her touch it to become comfortable with it in her mouth.

My kids love going to the dentist because of Gateway Pediatric Dentistry. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the hygienist that clean their teeth are friendly and informative and do an outstanding job. And Dr. Graham is very personable, knowledgeable, and has handled every dental situation we’ve had with care and precision. I’m very impressed with this clinic!

Love this place! Love Dr Palmer! He is such a sweetie to the kids. Takes the time to help them feel comfortable. And all the ladies are so sweet to the kids too! My kids actually do not mind going to the dentist. They love the little toys at the end. LOL

On a hunch I booked my special needs children with this dentistry practice. I was hoping for a better solution to an issue but certainly not expecting it. Surprisingly a better solution was offered and my child completely enjoyed her experience. Her special needs often puts people off but this team seemed to actually enjoy her forwardness, her impulsiveness and constant chatter. We are I’ll be back over and over again.

Amazing clinic and great staff. Always feel very welcome at the Gateway Clinics. We have been at the St Albert and Calgary Trail locations. Very clean and nicely set-up. Appreciate the great service and top notch care our kids get from Dr. Graham and Dr. Ray. Thanks!
