Not sincere at all. His listings haven’t ever listed in the realtor.ca but only his website. He is only interested in a dual agency but not fairly work for buyer. Be careful working with him for unfaithful working ethics. You might surprise at the hidden prices unlike actual listing price. Tim, I said “don’t send me your advertisement any more”. But you continuously emailed me about the crazy listing. That’s why I told you “1M to buy”. Actually I was not interested in that kind of things. Please do not send me any email or listing information. Stop !
