I had a great experience at Gary’s automotive! I informed reception that I was buying a new car and needed my brakes done before giving my old car to my son. They took the car in the next morning, replaced my brake pads and routers and ran a full inspection to ensure the car was in safe working condition. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Great quality, very professional, the cost was very reasonable and the service was done before the time frame given. My son and I will be taking our cars to them for all our maintenance and repairs in the future I highly recommend Gary’s Automotive!

A mysterious vehicle noise brought me to Gary's for the first time since moving to Langley. I checked for reviews online and noted almost all 5 star ratings. I couldn't have made a better choice. The whole team was professional, efficient, thorough and friendly. Everything was fully explained. Work was done on time. I could not be more pleased and will definitely be a return customer.
Sarah was thorough with an estimate, work done well, and a slight discrepancy was corrected without an issues and \\i left a very pleased customer. Would recommend Gary's if you want the work done right the first time. Only speak with Sarah :)
Gary's team provided an efficient service when I had to get my car's wheel bearing replaced. They went above and beyond my expectations, and also performed a complimentary, but thorough, vehicle assessment to inform me of other areas of concern. As Sarah explained this to me, she was very realistic on what was needed for future servicing and what was not, leading to a greater sense of trust with their business!
I found this shop online and dealt with them for a major tune up and to fix leakage. My car generally spends more time in storage than driving. While they did the majority of work required, they also recommended work that was not necessary. I have the quotations to back this up. After two visits because the car still had a significant leak, they advised me that the main seal was leaking and gave me a quotation accordingly. In fact, I took my car to another shop and they gave me a quotation to fix the main seal which was significantly cheaper and they phoned me the next day to say that the main seal was dry. The problem was the oil pan that Gary's had already \fixed\. The cost saving was obvious. I could have given them a 3 out of 5, but their warranty is in fact worthless, and honesty and integrity are missing.
