Although we were interested in a used vehicle from another manufacturer Chris Carriere was quick to go to work for us. Even though we were dealing on it via phone, text & emails Chris was patient, especially while we were in the decision process and stayed in touch without being pushy. He was great to work with as was Brook Wells in the Business Office to complete the sale. After we took delivery of the car there was a mechanical issue & Chris jumped in to assist in getting it corrected. He coordinated the repair with Stefan Fischer in the Service Dept. to get the matter resolved. Stefan kept us informed & updated as the car was being repaired & the work was even completed ahead of the expected pick up date. Thank you to Chris & everyone there at Gary Moe Volkswagen!

WOW WOW WOW!! The people at Gary Moe VW REALLY go above and beyond customer service! The sales manager, sales (Mike), financing & service/parts have all been AMAZING to work/deal with. I highly recommend Gary Moe VW if you're looking for a great vehicle and FAR SUPERIOR customer service to any other dealership than I have ever dealt with. I would give them 100 stars if I could!
My husband and I were pretty set on a particular 3 row SUV from another manufacturer but decided to stop by Gary Moe and look at the Atlas just to see what they were like. After test driving the Execline trim we realized we had found our dream vehicle. The entire purchasing process was seamless, and everyone we encountered at the dealership was easy to deal with and professional. As much as we love our new Atlas, it was our experience with our salesperson, Jaden, that led us to purchase this vehicle. From our first meeting on the lot, to the day we picked up the keys, he went above and beyond to take care of us. He is knowledgeable about the Volkswagen product line, he took the time to understand our wants and needs, and it was a completely no pressure experience. I reached out to Gary Moe looking for a specific atlas trim that I was having trouble finding in Sherwood Park/Edmonton area and Chris responded immediately and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He even knew better than I did of what interior colour I’d like best! He immediately got to work on sending me what options they had available and what they could bring. He also beat all other dealers pricing and just really went above and beyond right from the first phone call to the minute I drove off the lot in Red Deer. I highly recommend Chris and the entire team at Gary Moe, not only did they make me feel confident in my purchase and more knowledgeable in regard to the Atlas, they also made purchasing a new vehicle fun! My husband and I went to Gary Moe Volkswagen yesterday. we went to see Andrew we were interested in a van and Andrew is just an awesome salesman. He went over and beyond his service. We also met Brooks in finance. She is also a super lady. Very helpful and thorough. Very nice people.
