We decided to transfer over to Garden Oaks based on positive google reviews! We were looking for a great environment with competent staff who had empathy and who were organized and reliable that was close to our neighbourhood! All staff were consistently, organized and courteous! Tabitha called me by my first name when I arrived for my initial appt. I thought that was great on a personal level of warmth! She knew what worked, managed to accommodate my families busy schedule. She remembered when I was available when I was on a wait list where she slotted me in! She’s reliable and trustworthy! Skylar my hygienist was thorough, had great technique, friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable! I felt safe and knew she was skilled competently! Dr. Tran was honest, articulate, sincere, organized, and he simplified things for me so that I knew what dental work needed to be done! These 3 staff members all introduced themselves and made me feel included and comfortable being under their care! My dependents who’ll be meeting them soon makes me feel at ease! I highly recommend this place! 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Cal Hawthorn is an amazing dentist. I was referred to him by my sister and brother-in-law who also enjoy going to the dentist. He is very kind, patient and he explains everything that he is doing. I love this dentist so much that my husband and all my children now go to him too. I highly recommend this dental office as everyone is very welcoming and friendly and it is always very clean.
