I called during our last snow for a pick up and repair Was told the charge 60.00 for pick up. Still waiting for them to pick up and repair. Thanks for nothing

They repaired my old snowblower, and picked it up and returned it. Friendly service too, so I bought a Honda mower from them. They service the mower every Spring & do a fantastic job. Take it in in March tho; very busy!

I did my research and decided on a Honda mower. After reading a lot of negative reviews, I thought I'd give GCL&L a chance. Called multiple times over a 2-hour period to ensure they had my model in stock but I didn't get an answer...no voicemail either. Apparently they went home early - or perhaps never opened - so they could have a 4-day weekend. You see, they are never open Saturday and Sunday when home owners need them...they value their time much more than your satisfaction. Went to Clares on Saturday and they treated me like I was buying a 20K Harley. Future Honda customers, go to Clares. GCL&L management, also go Clares to learn how it's done.

This store and business does not deserve my loyalty. From poor staff attitude, poor service levels, and out of stocks; TERRIBLE Fortunate I found another Honda dealer in Niagara Falls that is outstanding.
