We have been fortunate to have a Garaventa home elevator in our home now for ten years. The lift operates quietly and has been a huge help allowing me to independent and access all levels of my home as a wheelchair user. The elevator design fits in effortlessly with our home and has been a huge blessing. We have been continually impressed by the quality of customer service from the Garaventa team and how they continue to go above and beyond to take care of their clients. Thank you Garaventa for all your care throughout the years and for creating such a superb product! I have had a Garaventa Residential lift in my home for almost 10 years now. The lift still runs very well and with regular maintenance I have had very little issues with it. I have recently found a new local dealer to do the maintenance after the installing company closed their business. I would recommend Garaventa products, it has been a robust and reliable product for me.

Great company with excellent products. The best home elevator and wheelchair lifts on the market. Also the best customer service and response times!
I can't hardly comment on the lift itself. But the authorized dealer that installs their lifts in my area is absolutely useless. My unit was ordered in February 2020 delivered in May 2020. It's September 18, 2020 now and its still not completely done. Plus the fact it has cost me extra money because of the incorrect installation instructions.
