We had our old garage door replaced and Ive never been this happy wit the results! Its an amazing company to deal with and are very friendly and easily communicate with their clients! I really recommend this company to others!
Called them to replace a spring in my garage door the technician pulls up at my home at 12.45 I am waiting for him to come out, and I figured maybe he is having his lunch, so I let it go and half an hour goes by then 45 minutes so I walk up to the truck and the guy is sleeping in the truck in my driveway. We go in the garage and he asks if I can help him lift the door, I said I will help by why are you expecting a customer to help you with the job, how would you do it if I wasn't here or a woman is here do you expect her to help you lift a door? He does the job and I notice compared to his work( the same tech did the work at my fathers home that I arranged) he didn't lubricate the wheels or hinges, and no adjustment of the garage door opener.Maybe its not part of the job and exceeded what is expected the first time, but failed this time, as well the price was about 100 more so I ask him and he said its due to it being a double car door. I said well my fathers was a garage and a half size and the spring is the same a single spring and why is the cost so much more.He said its because its a double door, which makes no sense the work is the same for one spring. He recommended a double spring and I said it was nonsense as I had a single spring which worked fine on the door for 14 years, he claims he would have to order a stronger spring if I wanted one but yet charges me more for a spring he had on the truck. As he leaves I was trying the door and my garage door opener begins to smoke from the unit, I called the company back immediately to report what has happened with no response,, very poor service and not consistent in their level of service. Not impressed and now I have to replace the door opener too, Very poor service I would not recommend them!!!
Outstanding professional work done by the technician. Very fair prices and quality equipment. I fully recommended this company for any garage related work.
