We stayed in the Prince Regent Suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend Trinity House as well as the host, Jacques. He was very pleasant and available if we needed him.

The owner is extremely rude and does not know how to communicate. He raised his voice to me over a booking issue that was not my fault. I ended up walking away as he got louder and refused to discuss the situation professionally. The property is looking tired this is probably due to the fact the owner is trying to sell for the past few years

Great alternative to the larger chain hotels if visiting the 1000 Islands, but don't forget - as other reviewers often seem to do! - that Trinity House Inn isn't one of those larger chain hotels. Rooms are small and some share bathrooms (it's a B&B remember?), but owner Jacques has created a terrific B&B - friendly, without being too familiar, and firmly centred around the needs of his guests.

What a great place to stay at the entrance to the Thousand Islands area. Very hospitable hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay as stress free as possible. Excellent selection of foods for the breakfast buffet with both hot and cold selections. The hosts also provided directions for scenic side trips on our way to Montreal which we took and thought were great additions.

Hospitality is what made this rating, not the stay. The person making breakfast was so kind and helpful... however this place is dated, basement is muggy and smell. The rooms need to be updated. Bugs in my room, and the bedding took on the smell of the basement.

Loved everything! Garden patio, parlour, breakfast, lovely room and wonderful service from Liam. We could walk every in town, no driving required.

This place is both historic and very well managed. Gananoque is a beautiful little town, and staying at this place was a special treat. I wish I could stay longer.
