So far, our experience has been a mess. We were told that the fabric for my mother's sofa and chair was arriving weeks ago, but there's always a reason why it still hasn't turned up. My mother placed her order at the end of April and this is the beginning of September. My mother's furniture was picked up more than a month ago as the fabric was expected any minute. I might also point out that my mother's cheque was cashed the minute it was handed over. We cannot get calls returned and at this point my mother just wants her furniture and her deposit back.
