Amazing customer service, staff, and inventory. I sell all my games here cuz unlike a certain video game giant *cough* EB Games*cough* these guys actually pay CASH for anything brought in to sell. No store credit BS. Very fair on prices. Staff is very knowledgeable about games. Love this place. Only been to the Mississauga and Brampton locations but these guys are amazing around the board. 10/10 would recommend to anybody buying games. Support local. Its the same price as you'd get at EB or Walmart or any other Big Box retailer only difference is you're supporting someone who's put love into every product they buy and sell. I could go on & on. TL;DR if you're a gamer, SHOP HERR

I've only been here once with my family, but this place is awesome. If you're looking for retro games from any console, including the really really old ones - this is the place for you. The employee is very friendly and easy to talk to, and the games they sell are at reasonable prices. You could go there for the experience, just for a little nostalgia moment, but you'd definitely have to have a game in mind to buy. It's a bit overwhelming if you have no idea what game you'd wanna get. Overall, my experience was positive, and I'd definitely go to this shop, should I want any retro games, or game consoles such as the NES, the Nintendo 64, etc.

Ron, who helped me and my friends at the the store was terrific. Service beyond my wildest expectations. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an awesome selection of games from any console generation. Me and my friends will definitely be back when Ron is in for some more games.

This store is generally good. They have a lot of interesting stuff in stock and prices are typical of a retail gaming store. I have almost always had good interactions with the staff but will echo the sentiments of other reviewers that the bearded employee does not appear to like his job. Feels very uncomfortable trying to deal with him.
