They price match, but usually have the lowest prices and parts are IN STOCK! Which is a godsend on race nights or when something unexpected comes up!

Best Hobby store great service
Ive bought 4 of my 5 rc's there and ill keep going back best customer support and service. The best in the gta.
Sketchy. Owner/guy at counter never even acknowledged our presence. We have questions and he ignored us completely. Dark and unsafe parking lot as its between warehouse units.
Derry's has a lot of knowledge about the products he sells. He always answers my questions. He also has great customer service as well as very reasonable prices.
Best customer service...PERIOD!!! The store may not be the best stocked but customer service is an ace which I think what we are all looking for. If Derry doesn't have the part in-stock, he will get it for you. Derry is always accomodating and I really appreciate his honesty specially when asking him whether or not to spend your hard earned cash on a certain part. I've dealt with 2 hobby stores(nothing negative to say) but Derry by far has the best customer service. Keep it up bud and keep the hobby alive!
One of the best independent RC shops in the GTA. I've been going to see Derry for over a decade now. He knows his stuff and provides great customer service. I've since moved away and have gone to other stores. None of them compare to Galaxy Hobby.
I'm not a hobby expert. That being said I felt very unwelcome in this store. The person helping me seemed quickly irritated at my question and rolled her eyes when I didn't know the exact part number. Im just trying to get my son started in the rc car world, and didn't expect to be treated in such a rude manner. I'm surprised considering most reviews are positive. Definitely won't recommend or go here again.
