This development is a real disappointment. Firstly the lots & homes (what's built) don't face the lake, your view is of the woods, and the windows you do have that face south are small & some are even frosted! I can't imagine who thought this was a smart move? The bareland condo concept is a disappointment as there is so much risk on you the buyer if the development doesn't finish. They would have been better off to put in less density, and do away with the bareland condo concept. Site has had little recent activity, what is built isn't finished. Something doesn't make sense with this project. The concept is so grandiose it's almost unbelievable. I wonder what experience the developer has?
