This is my most favourite place in Vancouver. I was quite sick a few years back and their liver tinctures and teas really got me back on track. They ethically source our their essential oils and offer them at a fair price. It's a wonderful store and I wish I still lived near them.

customer service is below par. they (abby, erik and susan) operate with their pockets and dollar spend in mind over positive customer experience when placing orders. not what you typically experience with other vendors. very unfortunate.
The staff are so professional and helpful. They are always very informed and create exactly what I need.
Huge selection at good prices! Big fan of all the different teas available. Very friendly staff too.
