Signed up for their 5 Week Deal, thinking I would use it for that time and move onto another space with another deal. I came into my first class, nervous because most places like this pressure you the minute you walk in the door to purchase a real membership. Nothing like that happens at Fit Body. They let you feel out the classes, with NO pressure at all. The trainers are really great gals and Gary the owner seems to remember every person that walks in the door. The classes work you hard in a short amount of time and I always leave feeling stronger and happier. After 5 weeks I can see changes in my body I wasn't expecting, and I feel stronger and more confident already! I cant recommend this place enough, especially if you're worried about feeling judged at the main gyms in town. Fit Body feels like a family and I look forward to going everyday.
