I can't even give it one star! Gentleman by name JOE KRESS is disrespectful, ignorant and unprofessional in every possible way. Facility in Balzac is unsafe for occupants due to poor maintenance. Also doesn't pay his bills for services he receives, so to other businesses- BE AWARE!
