I have very mixed feelings about Furniture Junction. To start, the customer service just wasn't there. When you order something online that's over 1000 you want to be reassured of it's delivery. At no point was I emailed a delivery time and I had to personally call to arrange something myself - between 4 and 6pm. My couch also didn't show up at it's scheduled time, I had to call again to find out it was going to be delivered late (it didn't get here until 8:30pm and we live 5 minutes away from the store). The delivery drivers didn't bring the couch inside, it was a struggle to even convince them to bring it to the back door (I guess this is what you get for free delivery). That being said, the couch itself is quite nice and was easy to put together. Will I order from Furniture Junction again? No. Customer service and clear communication is important to me when I'm spending decent amounts of money. Do I regret ordering the couch? No. Would I recommend them to a friend? No I would not.

This is my second purchase from this furniture store and it definitely won’t be my last. We are so happy with our new bedroom set,Dining table & living room furniture. Even during this pandemic we received our furniture in a timely manner and the employees who delivered our furniture were very professional and quick. Taljinder Singh is also great to deal with. A highly recommend.

I would avoid getting furniture from this place.. we bought a L shaped couch.. which we were told had NO springs in the Cushions which is one of the reasons why we bought it... we've only had this couch a year and there are springs that we can now feel every time we sit on it and its super uncomfortable. This is so disappointing.. We really loved the couch when we got it.. now we won't to purchase a new one because its so uncomfortable.

If I could give zero stars I would We purchased a reclining couch in February of this year (2020). Once the couch was assembled we found that the cushions did not line up, and one of the recliners was inoperable. We contacted the store immediately with pictures and video showing the concern, and they sent a team to inspect the couch. When the team was done spending a half hour drilling into the new couch they told us it could not be fixed, and had to be replaced. Today, after months of trying to get the couch replaced I was given a call with a 25 minute heads up that the couch is being delivered. I was not able to be home, but my wife was and had to prep the house for their arrival. When they arrived they were rude and NOT WEARING MASKS, OR KEEPING THEIR DISTANCE. My wife asked them to wear masks and was told they can't breathe with masks on. They then noticed that my dog had left hair on the couch, and demanded that she clean it immediately. After my wife vacuumed the couch they told her that she has to get all of the hair and dirt out of the velcro on the back. Once she had it cleaned to their satisfaction, one of these boys stood two feet from her and raised his voice about all of the trouble I have put them through with this couch, and that it isn't their fault. I was able to get home right as they were loading the couch into their truck and I confronted them on all of these issues. The same man that yelled at my wife told me to move my car, it is blocking the truck. When pressed on the mask issue I was told they had masks on the whole time, and when I told them they were lying to me they confessed. Absolutely, under no circumstances should anyone step foot in this store. The person I dealt with the entire time was deceitful, told multiple lies, and intimidated my wife to the point of tears. Pricing was average, quality barely acceptable and service was atrocious.

This is fantastic place to buy furniture. I been there today for their boxing week event. Staff was really helpful. I end up buying bedroom and living room sets. Great price for solid wood furniture. Strongly recommend the place.
