We rented and lived at this apartment for a year before getting our own place. The location is convenient with a short walk to transit, supermarket and the dyke. Library and pools are also walking distance away (newly re-opened). The apartment is very clean and well-kept. The landlord is also communicative and easy to work with. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious 1-bedroom apartment near downtown Richmond.
