This used to be the old Jump 360, Now that they are under new management I am always impressed when I go in. The Park is clean and tidy, the staff are happy and welcoming and the kids always have fun!! I know that if I have any issues that I will be heard and that my concern will be dealt with in a timely manner! they do have some attractions closed at the moment however I feel that the price is fair for an all day jump time!! I will for sure be planning my kids birthday here this year!! WAY TO GO FUN PARK!!! Thanks for all the smiles on my kids faces and the lack of stress I feel when my kids are at your establishment!!!!
I've been working here for a year its a great place to work , they take care of their staff and all customers are treated with the same respect. Ive seen hundreds of kids and every one of them leave with a smile on their face or crying because they don't want to leave. Its a very special place for the kids because they know when they come in our building its a time for fun. The new renovations they did to this place make it so entertaining not just for kids but for the whole family including parents, grandparents and guardians. Please feel free to come check it out for yourself you wont regret it!! Also a GREAT place for birthday parties the packages are amazing, give us a call!!
We're glad this is open, but only the trampolines were available to use. Yet they still charged full price. Dirty move during a difficult time.
Customer service experience was pretty bad when I went, but management worked well to rectify the situation :)
