Pretty brutal customer service, the man and woman working at the hardware counter were more interested in discussing their personal lives than they were with helping anyone, I was in their department for 10 minutes looking for stuff and they literally didn’t even look at me. People shouldn’t have to ask for help when there’s two grown adults on staff standing there doing nothing. Embarrassing

Just left this gorgeous Home Hardware. The store itself is amazing. The staff, bit so much. Spoke with 2 staff members and both were rude and not really helpful. Not pleasant to deal with. My basket full that I purchased I can get somewhere else. Not sure if I'll go back.
