Steve came to my house to clean my white shaggy carpet , my couch and a carpeted staircase with dirt and lots of old stains from a previous home owner. He did a great job ! He took his time and did his best to get all stains out . There were stains of who knows what, from who knows when on the staircase and Steve got them all out. My area carpet was white and had turned grey and am pleased to say most stains were lifted and my carpet is a lot whiter , brighter and looking a lot better . Also , my couch looks brand new. We got all these services done because we have a baby on the way and are super pleased to say that these three areas are super sparkling clean now, germ free and ready for Baby’s arrival. My house looks and feels a lot cleaner too ! All were done for a very reasonable price. Thank you Steve for a job well done !

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service, and highly unprofessional attitude of Steve and Full Steam Carpet Care. I can't rate the service because Steve was a no-show. I had arranged to have the carpets in my father’s house cleaned. After several phone calls, and a text, I had booked an appointment, and received a confirmation from Steve for a date and time. I live over an hour away from my dad's house and had taken time off work to meet Steve at the specified appointment time. He never showed up, and when I called to ask about why he wasn’t there he said he didn’t have any information regarding the appointment, including the address, and didn’t have my phone number to contact me to ask for more info. He said he had only written down my name and a time. Again, he had all this information from me in both verbal and text form. Other than saying “sorry”, he did not want to offer any compensation, or in any way want to make amends for HIS error, my waste of time, and my time off work. Steve says he has been in business for over 20 years. If this is the way he conducts business, I am surprised he has lasted 20 minutes!

Steve does meticulous work. He takes great care of all the areas of the house. He got rid of stains that have set for 13 years. He went over and above what I believed to be what was agreed upon. Taking it upon himself to use my vacuum to clear out dust bunnies in areas which had been buried under furniture before applying his miracle stain spray and disinfectant. Once that was done he used the steam hose which was hooked into his truck. I will be pleased to recommend Steve to my friends and neighbors for excellent and thorough carpet cleaning. My wall to wall carpeting looks brand new now.

I bought a used sectional for the basement and turned out it had lots of stains. The steam cleaner what Steve is using hooked up to a truck, very powerful. The stains were disappearing front of my eyes. I also feel great knowing that the furniture now sanitized as well. What's even better, no chemicals, no residue, it is completely safe and environmentally friendly. Steve also cleaned a small white/grey area rug what was soaked (few months ago) with kerchup/siracha sauce. The stain is GONE. Steve who is the owner /operator is doing an amazing job. He is very thorough. Highly recommend his services.
