Extremely impressed with their work & services.
I got exactly what I wanted. Although I have to say the bit about Gratuity is quite forced. I've never heard of tipping a computer tech business like that. There was certainly a sense of obligation that made me feel very uncomfortable. It was more or less guilt tripping me into giving a tip. And a large tip at that for all of the 10minutes I was there. Other than the one issue there weren't any problems.
