I sought out Jodie for post natal care. There are more and more pelvic floor specialized physio coming into the Fraser Valley but I didn't want just anyone if I could have a trusted referral. Jodie did not disssapoint! She's caring, easy to talk to and gives practical break down of what to expect. Got me back to running with confidence post C section. Also helped with scar comfort and massage as well as what I could expect. I hope to see Adrienne out in langley when we hope to expand our family in the future. Would highly recommend!

Awesome, supportive prenatal and postpartum physio care from Jodie. As her client, I was able to attend her outdoor, COVID-safe (distanced) workout classes which I was SO grateful for. That was my first experience having uninterrupted time to myself, completely baby-free. The first time I saw other new moms *in person*. And how I started trusting my body could do the things it used to do.

Jodie has been wonderful. With a few simple exercises my pelvic pain improved dramatically! I have also really enjoyed the group classes; It has been great to challenge myself physically while feeling safe doing so under the supervision of a physiotherapist.

Jodie's work as a physiotherapist goes beyond the invaluable guidance she provides to help her client is to understand and re-engage with the entire begin as a whole. Her compassionate listening, insightful questioning and overall curiosity helped me to identify barriers to recovery I was unable to see and she provided a treatment plan that empowered me to make sustainable change moving forward. Jodie helped me find confidence, not only in my body but throughout my entire life - celebrating my successes and holding my perceived failures! I would not be where I am right now if it wasn't for her help as a clinician in guiding my recovery. Thank you Jodie!

I saw Jodie for a pelvic exam after the birth of my daughter. She was extremely thorough, kind, and informative during the session. The intake questions were comprehensive and addressed a range of issues that can affect women's pelvic health outside of the obvious stressors of birth. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and I would highly recommend her if you're having any pelvic issues (or don't want to have any pelvic issues!)

I started seeing Jodie at Full Circle when I was about 18 months post partum. I had a pretty uncomplicated birth and felt like my abdominals and core were sort of recovered. Then I went back to work at my computer based job and just felt like my body was weaker than when I had just given birth. I saw Jodie and she was extremely thorough, professional, and easy to talk to about all things related to pelvic floor health. I've been doing her exercises for about 2 months and am feeling stronger each day. Highly highly recommend to anyone who has given birth and needs to build up strength!
