got a gorgeous nearly 60g franco 10k gold chain. arrived 2 days after payment was received and I couldn't be happier with it. just need to get a pendant that fits as old one too small and I'm all set! will for sure be coming back here for my pendant.

I just bought a pendant from him and he told me he shipped it and never shipped it.... then he said he’s sending the tracking number and then just leaves me on read. THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER... Partner bought a ring for me there, it needed to be sized and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I called week 3 and was now told me 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks rolls around and they call me and say my ring has been returned, not sized and where they send their ring has been shut down until end of August. They don't do returns, only refunds which is a huge red flag to me. AND I'm writing this as I'm sitting outside their shop when they're supposed to be open but aren't even though the guy I was talking to yesterday told me these are the hours. Don't waste your time or your money with this shop.

I went to get some grillz done back in July and I was told it would be ready in a month but I still didn't get it. Back in September they finally told me it would be done in a couple of weeks which ended up not being true. As of today I am still waiting for my grillz and an answer from these guys. PLEASE DO NOT do business with them if you want some serious result. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give less. Really disappointed. They're unprofessional and the customer service is awful they hardly reply to your messages on Instagram and rarely answer when you call them.
