Update: I've been back to this store twice in the past month and have nothing but AMAZING things to say. The owner lived up to her reply and treated us to a complimentary cone, and has hired a lovely young woman who has become an absolute pro in no time flat. Will definitely visit ALL SUMMER LONG. It's a bit frustrating to look up a business online, see their hours of operation listed at 12-9 daily, take a walk with your young child, only to get there and find it closed. There's a sign on the door saying they go home between 4 and 6 PM daily, but it was 6:30, and no one there? Totally bummed as this was our first trip since moving into the area and they came highly recommended.

Not only do they make delicious desserts and treats here, but they serve ice cream! My son has a nut allergy, so we tend to avoid scooped ice cream-type shops. But Frost is always accommodating. They use a fresh scoop! We love this place!

Great little store!! Had ice cream here a little bit ago and the staff is very friendly and polite! There are many flavour options and i also noticed high quality event cakes that were gorgeous!! Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a tasty treat at a great price!!
Really great ice cream. The cakes and cupcakes on display also looked delicious. If you're in town I'd highly recommend stopping here for dessert.
It's good icecream a couple original flavours and the others you'd find in other places.
Please avoid Frost Dessert Shoppe at all costs. I recently received the absolute worst customer service from this establishment, and would hate for anyone else to be left in the same situation that we were. We went into Frost and ordered a small cake a few days before an event we were hosting. The day of our event only a couple hours before we were supposed to pick up the cake we received a call from one of the workers at Frost. They advised us they couldn’t make our cake that day and wanted to know if it would be okay for them to make the cake for a different day. Obviously this was not an acceptable alternative as the event was that day and was starting in a few hours, so we requested the owner to call us back, which quite frankly the owner should have been the one to call us in the first place. We never received a call back, and there were no attempts of redress or reparation made to remedy the unsatisfactory situation. We were left with no cake for our event, and were not even given enough notice by Frost to make alternate arrangements. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I would hate for anyone else having a wedding, birthday or other special event to be left in this same situation. Go anywhere else besides here!
