Working with Carolina was great. Everyone working at her office always friendly and prompt anytime we called (especially Katie). My wife’s immigration got rejected by the visa officer at the consulate. It was devastating for both of us and for our families. In panic I called Carolina and talked to her over the phone. She spent considerable amount of time with me over the phone and assured me that everything will be alright . She filed the appeal for us .
