Saw this morning a R. Kidd Fuels Corp tanker truck parked in a no parking zone while driver was sipping coffee. Truck was parked right next to a school with high tractor trailer traffic on McEwan Drive in Bolton. Very irresponsible driver, could have caused a catastrophic damage if hit in front of a school. Worst part was that I called both locations to try to get through to dispatch, nothing. Not even an option on the phones to report an emergency.
