Staff very rude and completely disrespectful. Staff member named Shivani was not able to give me managers contact details so that I can address the issue and inconvenience caused to me. Manager name is Leroy, who apparently was so not ready to take my call and talk to me. Please do not visit this store as mentioned by the staff member that it is “too busy” to serve customers respectfully.

They don't put sugar cane in the freezer or fridge, bought for myself and friends. Didn't taste fresh as all and the colour looked dark green not fresh green. Her stomach wasn't felt good also she was pregnant and went to the washroom 3 times. Waste 2 small for 15 and asked for iced.... it wasn't cold at all, the iced melt from sugar cane wasn't cold... we ended throw them in the garbage. Very disappointed, and not fresh. How this label business called "Freshly Squeezed" when it's false . Best place to get sugar cane its Toronto china town or Mississauga china town.. they make fresh cold sugar cane.

Asked for a refund and they wouldnt do it. Got a "coffee smoothie" and it just tasted like water and milk, also the ice tasted all gooey. Was very grossed out and made me feel sick. Its different if it tastes "ok" and theyre using all natural stuff but i saw the dude pump like 7 shots of syrup which is probably full of synthetic ingredients. Definitely not worth 10 bucks.

Really bad experience... Spent 40 on smoothies... three of them mangoes one tasted so bad... try to talk to girl about it... they just hand me over owners phone number ... poor customer service.... poor quality....bad bad experience Avoid this place... they should change there place name Money Squeezed....

Worst juice ever I had... It tastes artificial.. smells like plastic juice. They were no any real fruit pulp in the juice. I'll never go to this place again.

Horrible service! First time I went I found pieces of elastic bands in my juice! Another time my husband went they made the drink wrong and they wouldn’t remake it they just gave our money back. Safe to say not going here anymore

The drinks are absolutely amazing! Reasonable prices and daily deals keep me coming back. They have so much variety that I can have whatever drink I'm in the mood for. The employees are some of the friendliest people I've ever met... Always smiling and ready to greet you! I love how they use fresh fruit and no added sugar! 10/10 would recommend!
