With most mall food options, it's a bit of a mix bag. Sometimes it can surprise you but most of the time it's the run of the mill. This Freshly Squeezed only had 1 person manning the entire store and that's where the first issue came about. If you're going to be open on a busy day during the holiday season.. staff for it! As for the drink, the prices are kinda fair. I didn't think they were out of line ... I got the special of a large Banana and Strawberry smoothie. I did see them put in a full sized big banana with a few strawberry puree. It wasn't watery though I feel they could have used actual frozen strawberries instead of a sweetened puree. Normally the large costs 5.99 but the sale was for 4.99. I would come back if the line up isn't terrible. Then again, there is a Presotea in the mall that I could give them a shot instead.

Only been twice, ordered the same thing both times as it's delicious! (Honeydew Bubble tea with tapioca pearls!) The staff are super nice and make the orders really fast. Plenty to choose from off the menu, a must try!

Very inconsistent... first time my bubble tea was super sweet, second time it was ok.. and third time, I asked for half sweet... but it tasted just like the second time.. I even confirmed with my server but it seems like she basically forgot it.... hopefully they'll be better next time

Having a bubble tea promotion and then charging tapioca as an "extra?". Misleading at best. I will not be back. If I want artificially flavoured water, I'll drink a melted Freezie.
