What an amazing little place. It may be small, but the variety of products is almost overwhelming. There are some very interesting items to choose from. The fact that it is also the home of a terrific lunch counter (Royal Shawarma) is a real bonus.

Large selection of fruits, and lots of other dry goods as well. Interesting sweets that have been imported, so new to me! They had an olive bar, lots of spices and nice oils. The staff was pretty friendly. We were left to browse on our own and that works for me. We got the cotton candy grapes here, they're pricey but fun because they're super sweet and almost floral tasting.

BEST falafel in PEI. I don't say this easily. I have lived all over Canada and this might be in top 3. They really know what they're doing. ask for extra sauces, you won't regret it.

I love shopping at Freshest. I can always find something really interesting and new to add to my usual list of fruits and veggies. The frozen food is also very delicious.
