It’s a beautiful new building, well maintained and all of the staff are very friendly! You have to pay extra to get a fob to get in after hours, and if you Edmonton have one you then have to borrow the office one. When I moved in the elevator broke down because someone held the door open, it was down for the entire weekend. So myself and 4 other people all had to share the other elevator which was on the other end of the building. They have a van you can use to move in, but they refuse to let you use it when you are moving out to encourage you not to leave. I was renting a locker for the interim while I found a place and did renovations. So having the use of the van would of been great for move out.

Great place to store things short or long term as rates are reasonable and the team are excellent. Your unit is individually alarmed for extra safety and the access is really easy too. This and the auto lighting help make if feels safe to be there as a single female.

Beautiful fairly new facility. Great customer service. Not always the cheapest in the area but very secure. We are very impressed with what we're paying for.
