I cannot say enough about this company and their staff. I have never dealt with a more professional, responsive and honest shipping company. My products always arrive in perfect shape and on time. Jeremy has personally helped me get out of some major jams that no one else could seem to figure out. I haven't been working with this company for long however they make me feel like a VIP. I would recommend Freight Sense to anyone that needs to ship!

I have been working with Freight Sense since 2008. Freight Sense is my go-to company when I have questions about freights anywhere in the world. They do much more than freight, they help me with document legalization, follow-up on orders/deliveries, and much more. I work with them from shipments leaving from Canada, US and Europe. The team is formed by an amazing group of people that have in common excellency as their core value. I have worked with many freight forwarders and no other has shown so much knowledge as Freight Sense.
Worst experience.. called in to inquire about resume I had sent in and no help in confirming receipt or advising who the correct person would be to talk to and see if the position would still be open. I was told by Paul that theres no way he can help and that hes not sure and that he would be hanging up the phone. As the rude and ignorant way Paul was speaking I would think no one would want to work here.. ridiculouse.. If employees speak like that and represent the company in that manner I wonder how they would be treating customers after getting their bussiness. More than likely bad customer service aswell. Would not recommend anyone to work there or give them any kind of business. Just plain rude.
