Refusing to cancel an order that isn't even enroute, reason for cancellation was due to a very long delay before even acknowledging our order (3 week turnaround). Requesting 30% restocking fee to potentially take product back.

I had a Motorola mobile radio installed in my vehicle here a couple years ago. It was an unusual install given that it was a Jeep Liberty and I wanted it installed inside the glove box to keep it hidden from thieves and to help preserve a stock look to the vehicle. I forgot to review at the time and thought I'd do one now anyway. The installer was able to to install it exactly as I wanted and was adamant about doing it 100% correctly and not using a piece of wood to do the mount, despite the fact it would have made the install much easier. When it came time to mount the antenna, he had no mounts that would fit my hood, however, he discovered that a Ford antenna mount installed upside down was an exact fit for my vehicle without compromising the fit or the aesthetics! Everyone was friendly and beyond professional. I need my radio reprogrammed and thought about these guys, but unfortunately, I'm a thousand miles away right now or else I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Here's hoping nothing's changed. Keep up the great work!

Very poor customer service I spent over 500 on a Garmin 65 and install earlier this year it was installed in the wrong place so 50% of the screen is viewing my dash I brought in and showed the installer and he agreed numerous times I called and they say they can't get the piece that sticks to the window from Garmin I go on line and see you can order the piece from England and I let them know and have phoned few times since and no call back the thing is in my dump truck I need a new CB and because of my previous experience I am looking else where
