A small store with outstanding customer service. Accommodated a last minute specialty fitting outside normal hours. Great communication via email. We never felt rushed in our fitting, and they made sure we were confident in our choice before finalizing the sale. Excellent experience overall!
I have both shopped in store and done online orders through curb side pickup recently, and with both service was phenomenal! I am an inexperienced dancer, and their staff was so helpful and found me exactly what I needed.
Under new ownership of February 2020 and there have already been some great improvements in selection and product availability. The new owner is a highly trained dance professional, so her knowledge of product and shoe fitting is excellent and can be trusted. She also a super nice person who is dedicated to helping her customers. So glad to be able to support a Guelph business for all our dance needs!
Love this dance store. Only wish it was larger with more selection. Owner and ladies that work their are super knowledgeable.
