Excellent operation. Put me into a well fitting kayak at a very good price. The staff is highly experienced, and spoke to me at length to make sure this new boat was what I needed and wanted (I have gone through many small craft while living on a beach for 50 years). The accessory package was all quality gear. A good boat and great service.

Worst place ever, We were looking for the pelican catch 110 pedal drive system kayak and found this place. We call them and they have 1 stock in Pictou county warehouse. And We had to pick it up ourselves which was fine and they didnt accept any debit or credit card and only wants Cash from you. Yeah they said because of pandemic, I understand. Whatever it is what it is we drove to Pictou county 'WAREHOUSE' which is someone(they called Tony)'s backyard and It was wrong Kayak!!!!!! We paid around 2200, they showed us around 1000 valued Kayak. We called this guys again, they didn't pick up the phone 6times..so sketchy eh? Anyway eventually We called and said It is wrong kayak, we drove one and half hour drive, and they said "I don't know what you tell ya" yeah we totally wasted our time let alone gas and things. Never go this place!! They even don't know what they have!!!!!!
Send them few emails to have information to buy a canoe, they never responded to the 2 last one... They maybe don't like French people..
Contacted Bob regarding a paddle, none in stock, but was willing to check with their Ontario location. He was quick and prompt with a callback. While I did not go with the paddle, I'll be keeping them in mind for future purchases.
