Fantastic customer service. The guys helped me get my splitboard set up since the resort closed and we’re fantastic and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend anyone in Revelstoke to check this place out the owner is great guy support your local board/ski shop!

I love free spirit sports . I have 3 full grown women and 8 grand children i sometimes shop for. Being avid sports enthusiasts i like to shop locally for my gifts and the clothing as well as sporting attire. Never have i had any complaints with the service, quality of goods or satisfaction of a pleasurable shopping or browsing experience. Today, November 24, 2018 was the first. The sales clerk made it very clear she was the store manager and did not want me to shop in her store again. It has a bit more to it but basically her customer service was not legible or acceptable. I like Elmer and his business has a great reputation in Revelstoke. I will continue to appreciate his business. Sincerely Kathy. 40 year resident of this community. Thankyou.

I thought I lost my swimming shorts, so I bought one from this shop yesterday. I found my lost one today and try to return the new swimming shorts, it is not used , with all receipts and tags attached. But they don't accept it , say it is because of some Canada regulations, and they can't show me what regulations is that. T
